Marinade in a good amount of turmeric and lemon juice for abour half an hour.

Julienne carrots, garlic, ginger, green and red peppers and squeeze some lemon juice.

in a hot wok- thriow in the orawns and generously sprinkle with cumin seeds. Add all other reipes and cook through.

Rodehall.

I wanted to say sorry to all my customers that have supported me at Rodehall. Amanada has decided that she wants her market to a market with primary produers only. I am of course secondary as i don't grow and raise all my own produce, only some. So i am sorry to say that I will no langer be standing at Rodehall- but - you can find me at Stone market on that day instead!

Thanks very much for your support and feel free to ring me if you would like to place an order.

Hello Bloggers, fancy a quick and easy mid week meal but fed up of the same old things?

Try this.

You will need -

White fish - something sustainable like Basa or Coley
Tomatoe puree
Cream cheese with herbs and agrlic ( or what ever you like)
Puff pastry or filo pastry

Put the oven on - 180 to 200.
lightly grease a vaking tray and place the fish on top.
Spread a nice amount of herby cream cheese on top, a line of tomatoe puree above that then finish with either a slice of puff pastry on top or crinkled up filo!
Stick in the oven for 20 mins until the fish is cooked and serve with something green!

Easy and tasty!!
